Just Breathe SUP + Yoga and adventures is a business {and lifestyle} based on passion for wellness and movement on and off the water, love for the soul filling power of being outdoors and desire to share the stoke and knowledge of it all! 

Founder, Sara Washburn E-RYT & WPA L2 instructor, started this dream long before she knew exactly what it would actually look like. With a dedicated yoga practice, she quickly learned the benefits of going with the flow and trusting the process as Just Breathe came to light. Starting as Yoga only, Sara knew that adding the water element of Stand Up Paddle Boarding Instruction and taking the physical practice on water would be the evolution of Just Breathe.

Sara has been teaching yoga for a decade and SUP for over four years. Through continuous self growth, training and certifications, dedicated practice and race ready training the experience you get in each class,  workshop, retreat or event is backed with years of experience and knowledge, comes from the heart and shares a stoke that's incomparable!
