Yoga on the Lawn

First Friday's Yoga on the Lawn at the Bron Yr Aur brew company in Naches, WA. Annually May through September, join in a nature infused yoga sesh followed by great brew, fellowship and pizza! Every ticket comes with a drink token, practice is about a hour, bring a mat and stay for pizza after!

Floating yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)

Taking your yoga practice on the water is a whole new experience! It allows you to create a deeper physical awareness, challenge your balance, provide the space for you to fully settle the mind chatter and gives you a freeness to be one in nature. It creates a depth that you cannot meet in the structure of four walls. 

Classes run June through September every Saturday and Sunday morning. Times are early for the best water conditions, pack a lunch and stay for the day in the mountains!

Gentle Wave - A SUP yoga flow that restores your energy by moving with the tempo of the water. This class is a prefect way to get comfortable moving your body while floating along with connecting to the elements, cleaning your mind and challenging your balance and focus. With as slower pace, Gentle wave gives you a blissful relaxation on the board.

Nautical Flow - A vinyasa style class on the water that builds better balance, strength, coordination and endurance while going with the flow of the water beneath you. It energize you by connecting your breath and movement together, quieting the mind and bringing a sense of peace to your soul with the invigorating movement of Sun Salutations. This SUP flow will give you a sense of play leaving you feeling happy and free! 

Paddle Fitness Series

This is a four week series to hone in on your fitness, paddle skills and have some great fun staying n shape and getting on the water! July 5 - July 26, 8:30- 10am at Rimrock Lake resort. 

We start with the basics and build upon the skills each week. At the end of the four week series, we put your skills and fitness to the test with a friendly, mini Paddle Battle race! 

It's all for the fun! Sign up includes

- 90 min practice each Friday morning in the series (make up practices are available Saturday & Sundays during regular lesson times) 

- suggested workouts & paddle time for during the week in between practices

- nutritional suggestions and tips

- great fitness and fun with an amazing community!

SUP + SUP Yoga Instructor Training

Join lead instructor, SUP enthusiast and Starboard & Paddle Into Fitness ambassador Sara Washburn for a two day training to learn water safely, how to utilize and teach a stand up paddle board class and immerse yourself in SUP yoga and how to hold a SUP yoga class! Spending two days in in the mountain air on Rimrock Lake will allow you to be connected with nature and in tune with yourself! Whether you want to teach or not, if you have a love for the water & nature, welcome a challenge in your practice and enjoy stand up paddle boarding these two days will not disappoint! 

Snow Shoe & Yoga Evenings @ White Pass, WA

Once a month, December - February, after our snow shoe hike and settle into a cozy warm slow paced yoga class to stretch our worked joints. Always followed by light fare and a beverage provided by White Pass!
