Whether you are brand new to Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP) or would like to get faster, stronger, and more confident on your skills of paddling join Master Trainer Sara Washburn for a experience out on the water that will have you laughing, working and improving every stroke of the way! You will learn the basics of paddling on flat water or how to take you paddle skills to moving water like on the river! Within every lesson you have the opportunity to advance and learn the next step as Sara paddles right along your side. You will learn the basics of water safety and how to have a epic day while staying safe! 

SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga is floating yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)

Taking your yoga practice on the water is a whole new experience! It allows you to create a deeper physical awareness, challenge your balance, provide the space for you to fully settle the mind chatter and gives you a freeness to be one in nature. It creates a depth that you cannot meet in the structure of four walls or solid ground.

Classes run June through September on scheduled Saturday and Sunday mornings. Times are early for the best water conditions, pack a lunch and stay for the day in the mountains!

NO YOGA OR PADDLE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

Gentle Wave - A SUP yoga flow that restores your energy by moving with the tempo of the water. This class is a prefect way to get comfortable moving your body while floating along with connecting to the elements, cleaning your mind and challenging your balance and focus. With as slower pace, Gentle wave gives you a blissful relaxation on the board.

Nautical Flow - A vinyasa style class on the water that builds better balance, strength, coordination and endurance while going with the flow of the water beneath you. It energize you by connecting your breath and movement together, quieting the mind and bringing a sense of peace to your soul with the invigorating movement of Sun Salutations. This SUP flow will give you a sense of play leaving you feeling happy and free! 

Yoga on the Lawn

First Friday's Yoga on the Lawn at the Bron Yr Aur Brew company has become a staple in Naches, WA. Annually May through September, join in a nature infused yoga sesh followed by great brews, fellowship and delicious handcrafted pizza! Every ticket comes with a drink token, practice is about a hour, bring a mat and stay for pizza after! 

Paddle Fitness Challenge -VIRTUAL/ In person

This is a Virtual 12 week challenge to get you in shape this summer with Stand Up Paddle boarding! It's a great recreational activity but why not get a little more benefits out of it. A friendly competition with yourself to improve your paddle skills, stay fit off the water and create lifestyle habits will have you feeling amazing and strong all summer long!

Snow Shoe & Yoga Evenings @ White Pass, WA

Once a month, December - February, after our snow shoe hike and settle into a cozy warm slow paced yoga class to stretch our worked joints. Always followed by light fare and a beverage provided by White Pass!
